  • For marketing purposes: We do run marketing and promotional campaigns along with the Service Providers and/or any other third parties and We may use Personal Information, which may include name, email ID, contact details, etc., to ensure that requisite benefits are passed on to Users under such marketing and promotional campaigns.
  • Customer service: Destination Europe also uses the information provided by the Service Providers (which may include personal data) to provide all sorts of support services.
  • Registration and administrative purposes: Destination Europe also uses contact details, and financial data to effectively manage the commercial arrangement with the Service Provider.

  • With Service Providers: We may share Users' Personal Information with Service Providers to offer Users certain products, services, or promotions.

  • With payment partners: for concluding the services provided through Destination Europe Platform You will be required to make a payment or share your financial data with us like bank account/card details.

Data Retention

Your Personal Information is retained on Our servers for such a period as may be required to meet the purpose for which such information was collected. However, We may retain Your Personal Information for a longer period, if in case required by law. Here is data retention schedule that further explains the retention period for each category of information collected from You:

Payment information For as long as it is necessary to process the transaction/booking, including any queries which may arise.
System logs 10 years or such longer period as may be required
Information pertaining to Supply Partners or any other third party that commercially dealt with Us Expiry of contract or for a period of 7 years, whichever is later.

The Retention Period may vary, in case You exercise your rights provided under clause 12 hereinbelow. In case if You have any doubt or if You feel there is a category of information not covered in the retention schedule above, please feel to write to our DPO at dpo@destinationeurope.com.

Important: Where Your personal data is no longer required We will ensure it is either securely deleted or stored in a format in which it will no longer be used by the business.
